Townhouse: The townhouse is a 3 br 2.5 ba. It is 1480 sq. ft. The house except for your rooms can be fully furnished unless you want to contribute furniture (the furnishings in the pictures are from the previous owners), and I have a good gas grill that will be out on the deck to cook out. One of the rooms has a shared balcony with the master bedroom and the other has a window overlooking the pond. Both have good sized closets. I have cats so no other cats or dogs please. The outside of the townhouse is maintained by the HOA, and I will take care of any concerns or repairs inside very promptly. The appliances are all in good condition and there is new paint, new countertops, new carpets and Pergo flooring in the living room, etc.
Location: It is located right next to the Friday center, across the street from Meadowmont (with lots of shops and places to eat), and very close to I-40 near Southpoint. It is right on the FCX, HU, S, (30 second walk) and V bus lines (2 minute walk) that go to UNC hospital/dental school and the Safe Ride G bus (30 second walk) which runs on weekend nights. It also has a nice side yard area with a small pond. The community includes tennis courts and a pool.
About me: I am laid back, fairly social (but respect private space), and always try to maintain a positive atmosphere at home. I want to live with someone who generally keeps common areas clean, but as I said, laid back. I'm not looking for a best friend, but I am looking for a friendly and respectful roommate relationship. I like to cook so if anybody likes to cook at home/invite people over for dinner when there's time that is a plus. I like to stay pretty active so I will probably be in and out of the house some during the day/evenings aside from class.
Cost: $400/month + 1/3 utilities with a 1 month refundable deposit
